Proposed limits: at most two intake reminders over seven days; one confirmation and at most two reminders per appointment, 24 hours and 1 hour before its start. Rescheduling and cancellation notices occur only when the appointment changes. No catch-up sends.

All follow-up relates to the recipient's requested CloudSharkLabs service; no unrelated promotions or purchased/shared leads. Ordinary inquiry submission does not require SMS consent.
